ANTI-BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION POLICY
ENVIROSYS'S POSITION ON BRIBERY
Envirosys Technology Asia Sdn. Bhd. ("Envirosys" / "ETASB") adopts a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of bribery and corruption. We are committed to complying with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (Act 694), including Section 17A on corporate liability, as well as all other applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations in Malaysia.
WHAT IS BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION?
Bribery is the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of anything of value — money, gifts, favours, or other advantages — with the intent to influence the actions or decisions of an official, employee, or any other person in a position of trust or responsibility. Corruption is the broader abuse of entrusted power for private gain, and it undermines fair, honest, and transparent business dealings.
OUR NO-GIFT POLICY

Purpose of This Policy
This policy sets out clear rules and guidance for our employees and business partners on:
- Acceptable and unacceptable conduct in business dealings
- How to handle gifts, hospitality, and entertainment
- Interactions with government officials and third parties
- Reporting channels for suspected bribery or corruption
This policy also safeguards Envirosys's reputation by demonstrating our firm stance against unethical business practices, and reinforces the trust our clients and partners place in us.
